Rental Rates

Our Property Rates

  • THE BEACH HOUSE

    • PHP 25,000/night (minimum 2 night’s stay during weekends and maximum of 8 persons); check in at 12 noon; check out at 11am
    • USD50 each for additional person and will be given mattresses and bedding on floors
    • 1 ground floor bedroom with queen-sized bed, with direct veranda access
    • 1 upstairs bedroom with king-sized bed
    • 2 upstairs bedrooms with queen-sized bed (1 with bath)
    • all en-suite bathrooms, with showers & water heaters
    • 2 persons per room (max capacity)

  • THE BEACH VILLA

    • PHP 30,000.00/night (minimum 2 night’s stay during weekends and maximum of 15 persons); check in at 12 noon; check out at 11am
    • USD50 each for additional person in 4 twin bedded lofts
    • 4 bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed downstairs and 2 single beds in the loft, with direct access to pool area
    • all en-suite bathrooms, with his & hers sinks, showers & water heaters
    • size of approximately 65 square meters per room
    • 4 persons per room (max capacity)

  • THE NATIVE BEACH HOUSE

    • PHP 6,000.00/night (minimum 2 night’s during weekends stay); check in at 12 noon; check out at 11am
    • 1 queen-sized bed & 1 queen-sized futon
    • bathroom with shower and water heater
    • 2 persons per room (max capacity)

Inclusions:

  • welcome drinks upon arrival
  • wifi access in all areas of the property
  • use of sports equipment (i.e. mountain bikes & children’s kayaks)
  • 1 private chef
  • 5 full-time staff

Optional/Additional:

  • airport pick-up and/or drop off available (standard saloon or 9-seater van)
  • masseuse on-call
  • manicure-pedicure services on-call
  • yacht charter
  • food & beverage costs

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental amount is required to confirm your booking.  The 75% balance of the total rental amount is due on or before your arrival at The Beach House and/or The Beach Villa.

 

Should you decide to cancel 10 days prior to or part-way through your booking dates, all paid up fees are forfeited in favor of The Beach House proprietors.
